01 — Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days. The period starts on the day you, or a third party you designate (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If you ordered several items delivered separately, it starts when you receive the last one. The right applies to every piece we sell.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your withdrawal statement before the 14 days have passed.

02 — How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you are withdrawing. Email contact@jazzville.co with your name, order number and the items concerned. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but you do not have to. We confirm receipt by email without delay.

03 — Sending the items back

Send the items back within 10 days of your withdrawal notice for customers in Türkiye, or within 14 days for customers in the EU and the UK, to:

Customers in Türkiye: we give you a contracted-carrier return code on request. If you use it, the return costs you nothing. If you choose another carrier, we reimburse the cost up to the amount of our contracted carrier.

Customers in the EU and the UK: the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you. We recommend a tracked service. Please mark international returns as "Returned goods — withdrawal from purchase" so that you are not charged import taxes on the way back. Keep proof of postage.

Please return the pieces with their box and pouch where possible. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — for example, visible wear. Trying a ring on is fine.

04 — Your refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery than our least expensive standard option, we do not refund the difference. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used, and you pay no fees for the refund.

For customers in the EU and the UK, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever comes first.

Your bank may take a few additional business days to show the refund. Because we charge in Turkish lira, the amount refunded is the TRY amount you paid; any exchange-rate difference applied by your card issuer is outside our control.

05 — Exchanges

Wrong size? The fastest route is to withdraw and place a new order for the size you need. If you prefer, email contact@jazzville.co and we arrange an exchange for the same piece in another size or finish, subject to stock, at no extra product cost.

06 — Defective, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, email contact@jazzville.co within a reasonable time after you notice the problem, with your order number and photos. We pay all costs of the return and of any replacement.

These statutory rights apply in addition to your right of withdrawal and are not limited by it. Customers in Türkiye may choose, under Article 11 of Law No. 6502, to withdraw from the contract, obtain a price reduction, or have the item repaired or replaced free of charge, for two years from delivery. Customers in the EU and the UK have the equivalent remedies of their country's law. Gradual wear of the plating through normal use over time is not a defect.
